LEBANESE FLAT BREAD WHITE with Galloway beef carpaccio, shallot, mint, basil, red hot chili pepper, and roasted peanut.
INGREDIENTS
- 5001979 LEBANESE FLAT BREAD WHITE
- Galloway beef carpaccio
- Shallot
- Fresh mint leaves cut into julienne
- Fresh basil leaves cut into julienne
- Red chili pepper
- Peanuts, roasted and crushed
METHOD
- Drizzle some olive oil on the flatbread and grill very short (30 sec).
- Top with the beef carpaccio and sprinkle the shallots, mint, basil, chili pepper and crushed peanuts on top.
- Serve with extra virgin olive oil and coarse sea salt aside.
