INGREDIENTS

  • 5001859 rose roll white 110
  • Courgette cut into thick bars of 1 by 1 cm
  • Ricotta
  • Chopped fresh mint
  • Black pepper and sea salt
     

METHOD

  1. Roast hazelnuts.
  2. Mix ricotta with chopped fresh mint and season with black pepper.
  3. Pan-fry courgette bars and season with coarse sea salt.
  4. Compose sandwich, starting with ricotta spread on both sides.
