The story behind

Authentic Middle East recipe baked by Arabic craft bakers. Lebanese wraps are easy to roll up, without tearing. The wraps are light brown in colour, the complexion of which varies by the product. The bread has a clear bottom and top, with the bottom being lighter in colour. During baking, the wraps bulge completely. Often a crack can be clearly seen in the wrap, from which the air has escaped. Lebanese Flat Breads are very versatile in use and suitable for different occasions. Shelf life of 3 days when kept in a plastic bag.
