The story behind

A baked full fat cream cheesecake on a “speculaas” crumble and a shelf life of 2 days. Speculaas is a spiced shortcrust biscuit. Spices used in speculaas are cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, cardamom, and white pepper. A picture labelled box is foreseen in the near future.

Tips & tricks

  • Pimp it up with fresh baked and caramelised apple cubes, or a dot of whipped cream dusted with cinnamon, or a scoop of caramel ice cream.
  • Normally served slightly chilled.
