  • Chopped parsley
  • Lemon

METHOD

  1. Mix pureed black garlic cloves with mayonnaise, chopped parsley and capers. Season with cayenne pepper.
  2. Pan-fry cod filet and season with black pepper and sea salt.
  3. Compose sandwich.
