INGREDIENTS
- Pinsa
- Passata
- Ricotta
- Figs
- Lemon (zeste)
- Reduced balsamic vinegar
- Lemon cress
- Olive oil
METHOD
- Spread with the Passata all over the pinsa
- Place the toppings on the pinsa
- Bake the pinsa in a preheated oven (220°C) for 4-5 min
- Finish with lemon cress, reduced balsamic vinegar and olive oil
Tip: Be careful not to overload the pizza with too many toppings, or your pizza will be soggy.
