INGREDIENTS
- Pinsa
- Mozzarella
- Eggplant (grilled)
- Zucchini (grilled)
- Pesto verde
- Cherry tomatoes
- rocket
METHOD
- Spread with the green pesto all over the pinsa
- Place the toppings on the pinsa
- Bake the pinsa in a preheated oven (220°C) for 4-5 min
- Finish with rocket, cherry tomatoes and olive oil
Tip: Be careful not to overload the pizza with too many toppings, or your pizza will be soggy.
