The story behind

Freshly baked, pre-sliced sourdough loaves freshly baked in just 6-8 minutes. They come in their PPE-baking bag .These perforated baking bags are temperature-resistant from -40°C to +220°C. Advantages: prevents the loaf from drying out, keeps the crumb softer for longer, the crust crispier and all aromas and flavours in tact. It is an easy and hygienic working method. Fresh for 4 days after defrosting at 4°C.

Tips & tricks 

  • Let cool down in baking bag after baking and keep closed as long as possible for a crispy crust, soft and moist crumb and extended shelf life. 
  • Also easy to use as thaw & serve product.
