PAVÉ GARDE FORESTIER PRE-SLICED toast with organic chestnut mushrooms, shallot, garlic and parsley.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2104664 PAVÉ GARDE FORESTIER PRE-SLICED 
  • Chestnut mushrooms (organic)
  • Shallot, finely chopped
  • Clove of garlic, pressed
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Dash of lemon juice
  • Black pepper

METHOD

  1. Start with toasting (roasting) the slice of the sourdough bread on both sides.
  2. Add the butter to the pan followed by the mushrooms. Cook for 2 mins, then add the garlic and finely chopped shallot. Season with black pepper and a dash of lemon juice. Cook for 3-5 mins more until the mushrooms are soft. Stir through a little parsley. 
  3. Pile up on the toasts and top with more parsley.
