PAVÉ GARDE FORESTIER PRE-SLICED toast with organic chestnut mushrooms, shallot, garlic and parsley.
INGREDIENTS
- 2104664 PAVÉ GARDE FORESTIER PRE-SLICED
- Chestnut mushrooms (organic)
- Shallot, finely chopped
- Clove of garlic, pressed
- Parsley, chopped
- Dash of lemon juice
- Black pepper
METHOD
- Start with toasting (roasting) the slice of the sourdough bread on both sides.
- Add the butter to the pan followed by the mushrooms. Cook for 2 mins, then add the garlic and finely chopped shallot. Season with black pepper and a dash of lemon juice. Cook for 3-5 mins more until the mushrooms are soft. Stir through a little parsley.
- Pile up on the toasts and top with more parsley.
