Classic mushroom canapé toast on a sourdough bread.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2104372 PAVÉ GARDE CHASSE 
  • White mushrooms
  • Chestnut mushrooms
  • Clove of garlic
  • Butter
  • Chopped parsley
  • Quarter of lemon

METHOD

  1. Slice loaf into slices of 1,5 – 1,8 cm thick.
  2. Rub slice of sourdough loaf with garlic clove, sprinkle on some olive oil and grill in grill pan or bbq.
  3. Fry fresh mushrooms in butter, season with coarse sea salt and black pepper.
  4. Spoon mushrooms on toast and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.
  5. Serve with quarter of lemon on the side.
