ROSE ROLL PUMPKIN 110 with fennel-tuna salad, orange, pumpkin seeds and watercress.

INGREDIENTS

  • Tuna in brine
  • Sour cream
  • Organic orange
  • Fennel
  • Watercress
  • Pumpkin seeds

METHOD

  1. Make the tuna salad: mingle the tuna with sour cream, grated (organic) orange peel, grated fennel and a few drops of orange juice. Season with pepper and salt.
  2. Compose sandwich, starting with the tuna salad, followed by some extra pumpkin seeds, green from the fennel and watercress.
  3. Close the sandwich and press a little.
