AMERICAN PANCAKES BANANA SPELT with fresh banana, strawberries and maple syrup, sprinkled with chocolate pearls.

INGREDIENTS

  • Banana sliced
  • Strawberries
  • Maple syrup
  • Chocolate pearls
  • Orange juice

METHOD

  1. Slice and marinate the fresh banana slices in orange juice.
  2. Rinse and slice the strawberries
  3. Heat the American pancakes and compose the dessert with alternating layers of banana and strawberry.
  4. Pour over maple syrup and sprinkle some chocolate pearls over the composition.
  5. Decorate with a flesh mint leaf
