Tunnbröd tulip filled with a goat cheese salad. This salad is a mixture of red and green lettuce, radicchio, crispy bacon rashers, dried onion, roasted hazelnuts and glazed goat cheese with balsamic cream.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5000055 TUNNBRÖD
  • Mixed lettuce 
  • Crispy bacon rashers
  • Dried roasted onion
  • Roasted hazelnuts
  • Goat cheese
  • Balsamic cream
     

METHOD

  1. Take sheet of tunnbröd and fold in porcelain bowl or cup. Press until bowl shape.
  2. Bake bowl with tunnbröd in the oven for 3-4 mins. at 170°C.
  3. Let cool and stiffen until dry. Take it out of the porcelain bowl.
  4. Fill tunnbröd bowl with composed meal salad.
