SCHIACCIATA LINGUA ROMANA with mortadella, burrata, spring onion and broken pistachio.

INGREDIENTS

5001994 SCHIACCIATA LINGUA ROMANA 
Extra virgin olive oil
Mortadella, thin sliced
Burrata, thorn
Spring onion (scallion), 
Pistachio, peeled and broken

METHOD

Cut the focaccia in the desired size and flash bake the portion(s).

Two possibilities:

  1. Cold: flash bake the schiacciata first and fill when cooled down.
  2. Hot: fill the schiacciata first, flash bake or grill and serve.
