Caesar Salad on a skewer with grilled chicken fillet, crispy baked pancetta, grilled romaine lettuce and a dressing with parmesan and anchovy.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5001603 PAVÉ MEUNIER
  • Grilled chicken fillet
  • Pancetta
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Greek yoghurt
  • Grated parmesan
  • Salted anchovy

METHOD

  1. Slice Pavé Meunier unbaked and grill thick slices together with the chicken filet, pancetta and romaine lettuce.
  2. Compose skewer and shave some parmesan over the brochette.
  3. Make Caesar dressing in the kitchen blender with yoghurt, lime, anchovy, parmesan and spices.
  4. Serve warm with Caesar dressing separately.
