  • Butter

METHOD

  1. Make the smoked trout mousse by mixing the trout fillets with mayonnaise (or soft cream cheese) with horseradish.
  2. Start with spreading the butter as a protective film to avoid the crumb becomes too soggy.
  3. Continue to compose the open sandwich with the smoked trout mousse, and then the vegetables.
