  • Soft goat cheese, crumbled (or feta, or mozzarella di bufala, or burrata, …)
  • Coeur de boeuf tomato, sliced
  • Rocket
  • Butter

METHOD

  1. Start with spreading the butter as a protective film to avoid the crumb becomes too soggy.
  2. Continue to compose the open sandwich with the black olive tapenade, crumbled goat cheese, and the sliced coeur de boeuf tomato.
