  • 250 gr Lamb burger patties
  • Thin-sliced red cabbage
  • Red wine
  • Red wine vinegar
  • Hot red salsa taco sauce (or ratatouille)
  • Corn salad
  • Herbs: garnished bouquet


  1. Braise red cabbage in red wine and red wine vinegar with pepper and garnished bouquet.
  2. Bake lamb burgers.
  3. Slice loaf and grill slices.
  4. Heat red salsa taco sauce or ratatouille.
  5. Compose burger and finish with fresh corn salad leaves. Serve warm.
