- 250 gr Lamb burger patties
- Thin-sliced red cabbage
- Red wine
- Red wine vinegar
- Hot red salsa taco sauce (or ratatouille)
- Corn salad
- Herbs: garnished bouquet
METHOD
- Braise red cabbage in red wine and red wine vinegar with pepper and garnished bouquet.
- Bake lamb burgers.
- Slice loaf and grill slices.
- Heat red salsa taco sauce or ratatouille.
- Compose burger and finish with fresh corn salad leaves. Serve warm.
