- Hot as a filled wrap, grilled in a contact-grill
- Chips & dips, baked. You can tear it up and use it as something to spread cheese or hummus on
- Crumbled: Bake flatbreads unadorned and crumble them through salads in the fashion of the classic Lebanese fattoush of mixed vegetables
INGREDIENTS
- 5001979 LEBANESE FLAT BREAD WHITE
- Hummus
- Romaine lettuce, sliced
- Tomatoes, diced
- Cucumbers, diced
- Radishes, sliced
- Green peppers, diced
- Green onions, diced
- Parsley, chopped
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Sumac herbs
- Pepper & salt
- Fresh mint leaves, chopped
- Pomegranate seeds
METHOD
- Compose the salad by mixing all ingredients together
- Make the dressing by mixing the olive oil with lemon juice, sumac, pepper and salt. (eventually add yoghurt). And pour over the salad.
- Chop the fresh mint leaves and sprinkle over the salad together with the pomegranate seeds.
- Spread the hummus on the flatbread, cover with the salad mixture and roll up.
