Cod fillet pavé burger with fried leek and “rouille”: a fish-garlic-saffron-cayenne pepper mayonnaise, usually served with bouillabaisse.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5000791 FLAGUETTE
  • Cod fillet
  • Leek cut into julienne
  • Rouille

METHOD

  1. Slice flaguette horizontally and toast or grill halves on the cut-side. Keep warm.
  2. Grill or pan-fry cod fillet pave. Keep warm.
  3. Pan-fry or deep-fry the leek, let leeks drain on kitchen paper.
  4. Spread nice spoon of rouille mayonnaise on both sides of flaguette bun.
  5. Dress with baked cod fillet and top with the fried leek. 
  6. Close burger and serve.
