  • Pre-cooked pulled pork or chicken
  • Whiskey-maple BBQ sauce
  • White cabbage
  • White wine vinegar
  • Pickled gherkin
  • Red onion
  • Dijon mustard

METHOD

  1. Pickle thin-sliced white cabbage in white wine vinegar with pepper, dill and cumin. Or use sauerkraut.
  2. Flash bake bagel. Slice horizontally.
  3. Heat pulled pork or chicken meat. Keep warm au bain marie.
  4. Compose sandwich and serve warm.
