AMERICAN PANCAKES PLAIN with blueberries, crispy bacon and maple syrup. A strange combo to us but loved by the Americans who love sweet fruity & salty pancakes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5001871 AMERICAN PANCAKES PLAIN
  • Bacon rashers
  • Blueberries
  • Maple syrup

METHOD

  1. Pan-fry the bacon until crispy. Place the rashers on paper towel to drain.
  2. Heat the American pancakes. 
  3. Serve one, two or three per person, top each layer with the bacon rashers, scatter with blueberries and drizzle with maple syrup.
