The story behind

These premium soft buns are specially developed for the trendy hamburger market. Thanks to the enrichments they keep their softness but with a firm and resilient crumb for longer. Also, thanks to the recipe the crumb toasts (caramelises) faster and equally over the whole cutting surface. Which is important to create a certain crispiness but certainly to create a protective film which prevents the crumb of getting soggy. Thaw & Serve product, pre-sliced and pillow packed.

Tips & tricks

  • Toast or grill the cutting surfaces first in case of use as a hamburger carrier.
  • Keep the buns covered or in the plastic packaging (pillow packed) when defrosted to protect them from getting dry.
