THE STORY BEHIND

The Artisan Twist baguette is the result of an authentic recipe, craftsmanship and complete dedication. Starting from pure wheat flour, our Master Bakers follow a sacred process in which poolish is used to create a unique flavour. Followed by carefully monitored hydration and hours of resting and rising, every single baguette is carefully checked. Once the quality standards are met, the baguette will be marked with the ‘hand-twist’ signature.
