THE STORY BEHIND
A product with a unique composition and quality, without flour and yeast. The bread’s mass is bound using vegetable fibre powder which absorbs some of the water and keeps the bread together. Very rich in fibre (14%) and reduced in salt (0.6%). Also low in carbs (26%) compared to your standard multigrain dough product.
TIPS & TRICKS
- We recommend to flash bake and roll or to grill, roast or toast the cutting surfaces to bring all rich seed flavours alive.
- Perfect as cold sandwich carrier for vegetarian hamburger bun with a mushroom patty ricotta spead mixed with oregano, garlic, parsley and espelette pepper. A few drops of lemon to spice it up.
