This Schwarzwald Kaiser Roll is a 'source of fiber', which makes it a perfect start of the day. One supposes that 'The Kaiser Roll' has been created in Vienna and has been given its name to honour Emperor Franz Josef (1830-1916). Sometimes also called a 'Vienna roll'.
