The story behind
With all the characteristics of a Mexican tortilla, this nicely thin, unleavened flat bread recipe is upgraded with rapeseed oil for easy handling. It's easier to bend and fold around many different ingredients while keeping its perfect bite. The 15-piece flowpack allows for perfect preservation and defrosting.
Tips & tricks
- Serve cold, thin-sliced as appetiser or cut into turrets as starter.
