Just like with previous editions, La Lorraine Bakery Group had completely decked out for its participation in Anuga 2019, world’s largest trade fair for food and beverages.

Next to a new astonishing booth design and a highly instagrammable donut concept, the proverbial ‘big dogs’ were prepared to make their big entry last October in Cologne.

PANESCO proudly introduced ‘Artisan Twist’, a range of 2 baguettes and 4 half-baguettes. All of them carefully prepared according to an authentic recipe and marked with the ‘hand-twist’ signature by the Master Bakers.

“A baguette range excelling in taste, texture and appearance made by caring craftsmen for bread-loving chefs,” explains Philippe Van Hamme (Company Executive Chef).
